Opportunity : HR Coordinator - Brisbane

  • Full Time position based in Brisbane Technology Park, Eight Mile Plains

Position / Duties

Due to growth of the company, the HR team requires a newly created position to coordinate and provide HR administration support for all levels of management and staff.

The key responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with day to day HR functions
  • Provide HR administration support
  • Recruitment, selection, induction and retention of employees
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
  • Maintain employee details and files
  • Assist with updating, maintaining and administering HR documentations and procedures
  • Assist with updating, maintaining and administering company policies and procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a HR Coordinator or HR Administration
  • A sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
  • Computer literacy (MS office applications)
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong & effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A calm and positive attitude
  • A professional approach to handle all confidential information

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable, dependent upon the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
