Bath College is a Further Education College situated in the vibrant and historic city of Bath, England. The Building Services Engineering Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes are both BTEC qualifications at level 4 and 5.

The Building Services Engineering course covers a number of units including 'Building Management Systems for Building Services Engineers'. This unit focuses on controls theory and application in the built environment. One of the industry’s biggest challenges at present is to reduce the carbon footprint of our built environment. Building controls is widely recognised as holding the greatest opportunities for reducing carbon emissions, increasing plant efficiency, user satisfaction and productivity.
