The Innotech current sensing controller is designed to accept a 4 to 20 milliamp input and to produce two 0-10V DC control signal outputs.

The input to the controller can be any flow, temperature, humidity or pressure detector which produces a 4 to 20 milliamp output. The power to the input device can be provided by the controller.

The controller's output can be coupled to auxiliary units such as humidifiers, chilled water valves, damper motors, staging relays and signal selectors which require a 0 to 10V DC control signal.

Voltage: 24 V AC ±10% @ 50/60 Hz.
Power Consumption: 2 VA max.

Loop Supply:

24V DC current limited to 25 milliamps maximum.

Inputs:

4-20 milliamps DC across 140 ohms to Signal Common.
Reset or Remote Set Point (0-10V DC).

Outputs:

Input value (0-10V DC = 0-100% of 4 to 20mA range).
Set Point Out (0-10V DC = 0-100% of 4 to 20mA range).
Two 0-10V DC control outputs.

Terminal Identification:

1 = 24V 25mA DC supply for detector.
2 = 4 to 20 milliamp input.
3 = % of input range i.e. 5VDC = 50%.
4 = Remote Set Point or Reset.
5 = 12V DC aux. supply.
6 = Set Point Out as % of range.
7 = 0-10V DC Direct Acting output.
8 = 0-10V DC Reverse Acting output.
9 = Common and 0 V AC supply.
10 = 24 V AC supply.

Temperature Ratings:

Storage 0 to 50°C non-condensing.
Operating 0 to 40°C non-condensing.

Enclosure:
The IIC4001 is housed in a rectangular case suitable for DIN Rail mounting. The housing is moulded from flame retardant plastics recognised by UL as UL 94-V0.
