Innotech has moved

To ensure economical control the building has 44 zones of VAV with a York chilled water plant with variable speed screw chiller capable of unloading to 10% of its full capacity.

Innotech has chosen to install the latest Energy efficient LED down lights and T5 Eco Fluorescent products from Philips. These products coupled with a state-of-the-art KNX/Dali based lighting control system enables Innotech to take advantage of energy saving features such as daylight harvesting and shutting off lights and air-conditioning in areas that are unattended.

Innotech uses the Airlight range of ceiling mount air-conditioning registers. The Airlight System was the 2009 winner of the AIRAH Award for Excellence in Innovation.

Mass Electronics Pty Ltd trading as Innotech Control Systems Australia is pleased to announce they have moved..., next door. The new 6000sq metre research & development, manufacturing and distribution premises is complete at No 12 McKechnie Drive Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane Technology Park.

The building is three stories high, has an underground car park, 130000 litre water tank, twenty-four seat lecture theatre, forty seat conference room, fully catered kitchen and office space with room for expansion.

The lecture theatre and conference facilities give Innotech the ability to hold its annual distributor meeting in-house.

The water tank is used for irrigation, sanitation and car washing. All hot water is supplied by twelve Rheem solar panels with a storage capacity of 1600 litres. The building has 90 square metres of operable sunshade on the western face complimented by the use of low E Glass on all external windows.
